     -Keeps records of meetings and Patrol Leader Conferences (PLC)
-Attendance and permission slips with ASPL

II)    Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (ASPL) and Positions

1) ASPL: Tim M.
-Runs meetings/campouts when SPL absent.
-Looks over troop Positions
-Takes over for Scribe, Quartermaster when necessary
-Permission slips with scribe - distribution and collection

3) Quartermaster:
-Keeps track of storing troop gear
-Responsible for managing troop gear

4) Historian:
-Records troop activities and happenings
-Stores pictures

5) Librarian:
-Monitors troop library
-Accepts any donations to the library (merit badge books etc.)

7) Instructor:
 -Provides troop instruction at meetings
 -Provides instruction during camping trips

8) Guide:
-Provides troop Guidance for beginning scouts
-Provides guidance during camping trips

9)Webmaster : Tim M.
-Updates troop website
